Adds Apollo Intelligence Network (@apollo_ai/mcp-proxy on npm) to the third-party servers list.

36 tools covering:

Update: The Apollo MCP Server now provides 34 tools (v4.7.1, published to npm). The PR title references 26 tools from the initial submission — the current package has expanded significantly.

We've retired the third-party server list from the README in favor of the MCP Registry — see #3950 for context. The Official Integrations and Community Servers sections no longer exist in the README, so this PR no longer has a target.
