POST, PATCH, DELETE should not be supported for /roleManagement/directory/roleEligibilitySchedules/{unifiedRoleEligibilitySchedule-id}

The API currently supports GET requests only but the Open API/CSDL has POST, PATCH, DELETE. Capability annotation restrictions should be added for the unsupported methods.
