This build can be triggered by simply pushing a version tag like
v0.1.0.I wanted to add a step to create a draft release on github but it requires a Service Connection using the OAuth or PAT auth type, which we prefer to avoid.
There are some nice automated actions on Github for pushing releases , but we need to sign our Windows EXE which requires an internal pipeline.
We will use manual releases for now.
