Improve Brazilian Portuguese Localization

I am a native Brazilian Portuguese speaker, and found some things which could be improved on the pt_br localisation. The changes are based on both Microsoft products Notepad and VS Code. Here are the types of changes I made.

1. Make initial letters uppercase in non-first words, except those which are not in Portuguese orthography. This is inconsistent in both Notepad and VS Code. However, the English original does this, and I think it looks better. For example, "Novo arquivo" becomes "Novo Arquivo". Much more professional, I think.

2. Add an article because it looks more idiomatic this way, specially in Portuguese. An article is "the" or "an". For example, "Abrir o arquivo" becomes "Abrir o arquivo".

3. Word changes to commonly used ones in Portuguese. Since they are few, I describe the reasoning behind all of them below.
   1. "Cortar" > "Recordar". In both Notepad and VS Code, and all my
   life, the word "recortar" is used, not "cortar".
   2. "Encontrar" > "Localizar". Both words work, but "Localizar" is the
   choice for both Notepad and VS Code.
   3. "Quebra de Linha" > "Quebra Automática de Linha". Only the second
   translation works, since the first is very confusing; both Notepad and
   VS Code use the second translation.

4. Corrected lack of diacritical marks and corrected orthography, with only one example.
   - "Maius/minus" > "Maiús/Minús".

5. More commonly used words, with only three examples. - "Palvra" > "Palavra Inteira". The first is ambiguous and VS Code also chooses the second. - "Tabulações" > "Tabulação." Technically, both work; however, most Brazilian people recognise the key "Tab" as "Tab", not as "Tabulação", although technically more correct. Since the English original is comfortable with "Tab" and not "tabulator", I think it is both better for Brazilian speakers and more consistent with the English original, to use "Tab". - "Sobrescrevê-lo" > "Substituí-lo". Both technically work, but the second is more intuitively understood and the one used in Notepad and VS Code.
