Improves some French translations

Improves some French localizations not fixed in #129.

• Replaces single quote ' by Right single quotation mark ’.
• Adds missing space between words and double punctuation like : or ?.
• Nom de fichier -> Nom du fichier.
• Convertir en encodage -> Convertir vers l'encodage.
• MatchCase : modified to Respecter la casse for more context (same translation as in Firefox).
• WordWrap : modified to Retour automatique à la ligne for more context (same translation as in VSCode).

Good catches on the apostrophes and spaces I'd missed.

The other changes here are judgment calls, though I'm fully supportive of all of them. Except one…

There's one change here that I'd considered making, and then didn't make. And that is changing the "Match case" string from « Casse » to the obviously more correct « Respecter la casse ».

I didn't propose to make this change because in the context where this string is used, space is very constrained. That string, and a bunch of others, all have to fit within a single line – they don't wrap if there's not enough space:

The other languages appear to have very short strings too. E.g. "Groß/Klein" for Deutsch. This isn't a direct translation of "Match case" – it's a custom string, likely chosen to save space.

We could do the same thing in French, and use the string « Maj/Min ». But I'm not convinced that's a good string. « Maj/Min » would seem to say « Maj ou min », but if you check the box, you'll only get matches if you choose the right case, not either/or. That's kind of backwards.

So in the end, I thought it might be safer to leave this as it was, as « Casse ».

I'm open to other people's ideas though; « Casse » is far from a perfect string.

I did not notice it would be a problem as I use a bigger terminal and tested it in my terminal and tty.

I looked it up a little bit more and noticed the WordWrap new translation takes even more space than the MatchCase one. I agree with you that the « Casse » translation is vague and a better solution should be found. Maybe « Respecter casse » can be a compromise ?

I don't think the additional length in the "Word wrap" string is such an issue, as it's not a line with a bunch of other strings that all need to be pretty short. So « Retour automatique à la ligne » is probably fine to keep.

Would « Casse exacte » be a good choice, in your view?

It's even shorter, and avoids the need to get rid of the definite article (« la ») in a place where it should exist.

How about Resp. casse or Resp. la casse. I'm not sure casse exacte would be a good fit: I never encountered it.

I think Resp. la casse would be pretty good, as said by @warpdesign, casse exacte is very uncommon (even non-existant maybe).

Thank you for doing this! Since a few people commented on this PR I'll wait a little before merging this.

BTW if there's a way to make this a little shorter, I think that'd be great, as it would help make the dialog work even for small window sizes.

If shorter is desired for this context, then I'd propose to revert it to just « Retour à la ligne ». It's not as nice, but it's definitely correct.
