Move `Go to Line` higher

• Go to Line is the last option

Suggestion: move the entry above Exit, preferably higher.

IMO, it should be above Exit and Close Editor.

"Go to Line" should not be under File.

It is not an operation on files, it is an operation on the current editor content, is should be adjacent to "Find..."

Compare with current notepad.exe, "Go To..." follows immediately after the find and replace options.
