[BUG] Opening settings crashes the app

Describe the bug
When I open click on settings, the page opens, but the app freezes and crashes after some time.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click on Settings in the left bar
2. The app crashes

Thank you for reporting this issue. To help us investigate the crash, could you please provide some additional information:

1. Do you have an NVIDIA GPU? If yes, what model is it?
2. Run nvidia-smi in command prompt and share the output (especially the GPU name and driver version). If nvidia-smi is not recognized, you can find your GPU info in Device Manager → Display adapters.
3. Check which EP packages are installed by running in PowerShell:

   Get-AppxPackage | Where-Object {$_.Name -like '*WinML*' -or $_.Name -like '*WindowsMLRuntime*' -or $_.Name -like '*FoundryLocal*'} | Select-Object Name, Version
