unable to install the SCOM agent on Oracle linux 8.10 + nexthinkpkgs

Below is error we are getting while installing the agent

command:
sudo update-crypto-policies --show;
sudo rm -rf ~/scxbundle.;
sudo sh scx-1.9.0-0.universalr.1.s.x64.sh --extract;
sudo rpm -Kv ~/scxbundle./110/omi-1.9.0-0.ulinux.s.x64.rpm;
sudo rpm version;
