add beginswith for table queries

Currently the table query searching for string values has operators like "=", "<", etc.
You could add a 'beginswith' {value} search capability by interpreting it internally as ">= {value} AND < {value+1} where 'value +1' just has the last character incremented by one. e.g.
"beginswith 10035064" is the same as
{field} >= "10035064" AND {field} < "10035065"
