Move building and publishing of the RPMs to COPR #71
Description
Instead of publishing RPMs in form of tarball, we could use COPR for building RPMs for multiple systems from RPM family and provide more convenient way of installing them (enable copr repo, then dnf install).
That way we'll match the convenience of the bootc images which are now pushed to GHCR (GitHub Container Registry).
