Full ext script 3.2

This branch includes:

• various cleanup on current 3.1.7 version
• version 3.2.0 with a full extension script
• the incremental script 3.1.7 -> 3.2.0 with the cleanups.
• some Dockerfile cleanup
• CI tests on both the full SQL script and the incremental SQL script
