Adds a GitHub Action which measures the heap occupation of various test cases of an external test driver. The test driver needs to trigger some state changes on MicroOcpp to check for the expected results. For this purpose, this setup incorporates the MicroOcppSimulator which runs the OCPP-side communication to the test driver while handling its HTTP requests.
The heap measurement results are published to the Benchmarks page of the Docs. This is a follow up PR of #369
