When a charger is running a transaction while it doesn't have the OCPP timestamp from the BootNotification response yet (possible in PreBoot mode), then any initiated MeterValues request had a 1970-01-01... timestamp. That timestamp is adjusted now after receiving the BootNotification so that the time is displayed correctly in the backend system.
