Add the build flag
MO_ENABLE_CONNECTOR_LOCKwhich allows to configure a connector lock.Two OCPP features depend on a lock: the message UnlockConnector and the configuration UnlockConnectorOnEVSideDisconnect. The new build flag has the following effect:
MO_ENABLE_CONNECTOR_LOCK=1:setOnUnlockConnectorInOut(...)remains as it is and UnlockConnectorOnEVSideDisconnect becomes read-write.MO_ENABLE_CONNECTOR_LOCK=0applies: the functionsetOnUnlockConnectorInOut(...)in the API gets disabled and UnlockConnectorOnEVSideDisconnect remains read-only and is false.
