Migrate MicroFtp into this repository.
The OCPP 1.6 Security white paper and OCPP 2.0.1 add more use cases which require an FTP connection. A built-in FTP client makes the integration of MicroOcpp easier. It will be possible to disable the built-in implementation and use a custom client instead (e.g. if the host system already provides FTP).
