Apologies for the late review on this and thanks for the contribution! Could you add in an argument for --help as meow previously provided this out of the box?

This refactors the
binscript to use the nativeparseArgsfromnode:util. Since there's no explicitenginein thepackage.json, I'm assuming that the minimum supported node version isv18, which is in maintenance mode (and is whenparseArgswas introduced).Functionality should stay the same without the extra dependencies.
