Support for new route properties; Add BRITISH_IMPERIAL voice unit

Added support for:

• StepIntersection#formOfWay,
• StepIntersection#geometries
• StepIntersection#access
• StepIntersection#elevated
• StepIntersection#bridge

Also added a new voice unit value: DirectionsCriteria#BRITISH_IMPERIAL.
