Update example to use multiple upstream DNS servers

New container image v2.3.7-1 is built and pushed to docker registry. New image is marked as latest. Old configurations will continue to work as expected. New users who are setting up their docker-compose with multi DNS upstream env will work as expected with latest image pulls. |
