Adds the following perma bonuses:
perma_entr_plus_ascperma_entr_h_plus_ascperma_entr_asc(Xascension power)perma_entr_h_ascperma_entr_exp_ascperma_entr_h_exp_ascAlongside the utility functions:
Card:get_entr_plus_asc,Card:get_entr_h_plus_asc,Card:get_entr_asc,Card:get_entr_h_asc,Card:get_entr_exp_asc,Card:get_entr_h_exp_asclocalization entries for the bonuses are located under
descriptions.Otherwith the keys being the same name as the perma-bonus variables. The held in hand ones are a bit long so might need to be split into 2 lines, idk
