Fix adding id property duplicates

Before this, it was possible to have the same id property twice by accident. This is now resolved and tested given a new specification test.

Before, this was possible:

property = [
  {"@id": "myId},
  {"@id": "myId}
]

But now, when adding an identifier twice, the result will just be:

property = {"@id": "myId}

In other words: We now consider duplicates when merging an id property into a current set/list of properties.
