The postinstall script of `lighthouse-lambda` will download a Headless Chrome binary if it does not already exist. The binary is from [joytocode/headless-chrome-builder](https://github.com/joytocode/headless-chrome-builder) and is tested to make sure it works with Lighthouse.
