--starred-skip-size-over MBto skip starred repositories over a size limit.For those who like to star the Linux kernel or other large repos, this prevents
--all-starredfrom filling up the disk unexpectedly as discussed in #108.sizefieldTests added, plus live tested against a range of starred repo sizes.
