Not starting after writing command ':Dgb .'

I installed the plugin by following the steps on the Readme file but it is not starting.

What errors do you get, if any?

I think he means the problem that I write ':Dbg'.
It returned error like "E492: Not an editor command: Dbg".
I have same problem and I have no idea what caused it.
