@intel/llvm-gatekeepers please merge, thanks. Pre-commit fails on intel gpus are unrelated because libspirv isn't used on them. |

@intel/llvm-gatekeepers please merge, thanks. There will be soon build fails on sycl-web because upstream has switched to add_library for libclc which don't support .ll files. |
