This PR just adds one new steering parameter:
enableTotalNorm. If true, then theconvNormis applied to the total flux at the end of the weighting which is the current default behavior and the method used in all analyses so far. If it's false, then it will just multiply the conventional flux.This is needed because in some of the spline generation scripts, we select out each flux component by setting the norms. For example, right now there is no way to get just the astrophysical flux because of how the normalizations are applied.
