Delay tracking / getting compensated #103
Description
Travellers are entitled to compensation based on the following rules:
- 20 delays of 15 minutes or more, in a period of 6 months, give the traveller right to a 25% reimbursement
- 10 delays of 30 minutes or more, in a period of 6 months, give the traveller right to a 50% reimbursement
- A delay of 60 minutes gives the traveller right to a 100% reimbursement.
A button in the action bar should allow the user to "register" a train when he encounters a delay. A tooltip or other visual hint should make it clear when there is a delay of at least 15 minutes.
