Pulling unnecessary images for stack type

When instantiating a stack the stack.json contains images that are not relevant for the current stack.

If you create a Cardano stack for example, you can see that it tries to pull images for EVM Connect and Tezos Connect on start.

This needs a change to the way the manifest is handled and filtered
