Maintaining the community plugins

I'd like to volunteer to maintain one or two of the community plugins, if necessary.

By "maintain", I mean...

1. Respond to issues
2. Review PRs
3. Foster a healthy community

However, I don't promise to update the code regularly, or even make patches. More than a triager, less than a developer.

Also, request for inclusion in gulp-community: I wrote a plugin for liquidjs (binyamin/gulp-liquidjs). I need to pretty-ify the readme and add some tests, but the logic is there.

A similar plugin exists, tuanpham-dev/gulp-liquidjs, but it doesn't seem maintained. At least, the owner isn't responding to issues. It also uses an oudated version of liquidjs.
