= Add a new field "LatencyUnit" to EventMetrics. Probes will update this field before exporting metrics to surfacers. = In Stackdriver surfacer, add units to timeseries before exporting them. Note that "unit" is not added if metric descriptors are auto-created (by creating timeseries), therefore we have to explicitly create metric descriptors before exporting timeseries.
