x/pkgsite: no package synopsis in directory list when running locally

What did you do?

1. Try to convince your team to write a synopsis for packages for better visibility.
2. Run pkgsite locally with

bin/pkgsite -http=127.0.0.1:6060 -open

What did you see happen?

No synopsis for packages in the directory list:

Hi, thanks for the bug report, I was able to reproduce. Perhaps this is due to a rendering issue or some discrepancy in the database proxy service
