`ạ`,`ậ` and `ặ` cannot alternate correctly with `ss01` and `ss05` both on

When I used OpenType Feature Freezer to freeze ss05 and ss01, the characters ạU+1EA1, ậU+1EAD and ặU+1EB7 didn't apply the double-storey style.

At the moment our stylistic alts don't have composed diacritics—but that shouldn't be hard to add in the next update. Thanks for flagging.
