When importing, switches from using
octokit.issues.create()to sending a raw request (octokit.request()) tohttps://api.github.com/repos/${GITHUB_USERNAME}/${GITHUB_REPONAME}/import/issuesto avoid GitHub rate limit issues. Resolves #3.Also added some logging to resolve #77.
