issue main tokens on Ethereum which can be distributed to Polygon (a contract on Polygon).

1- We issue all 2B Fula tokens on Ethereum
2- Someone can transfer Fula tokens from Ethereum to Polygon
3- They earn tokens with Fula on Polygon from then on
4- They can transfer back Fula on Polygon to Fula on Ethereum

Fula utility token can live on multiple chains, Fula utility token is then exchanged to Fula main token on Ethereum
