Circular dependency in FlutterEngineGroup with custom entrypoint DartEntrypoint

We currently can't create a first engine that launches a specified entrypoint with the new FlutterEngineGroup API on Android. In order to create a DartEntrypoint with a custom entrypoint having an engine created, but you can't can't create the engine without the DartEntrypoint.
