[Impeller] CupertinoDatePicker renders wrong and flickers when scrolling

Steps to reproduce

Run the sample code on iOS device and observe the wrong behavior. Checking this on iPhone 7, iOS 15.7.2 and also can reproduce this on Iphone 14 Pro emulator.

Note:

• The issue doesn't occur on stable 3.10.6, only on master
• The issue doesn't occur when disabling Impeller

Expected results

Working well without flicking

Actual results

• The picker is not rendered completely. When scrolling the picker, it will be flickered.
• Observe the output log with ImpellerValidationBreak (detail in Logs section)

Thanks for the detailed report @huycozy
I do see the same behavior as reported only on master version with impeller enabled. When the app is launched and UI is rendered, the datepicker is not rendered completely as compared to without impeller as shown in videos provided above, and when we try to scroll, the UI jitters.

The log shows below error:

'ImpellerValidationBreak' to inspect point of failure: Could not find glyph position in the atlas. Could it be related to #122839 ?

Since it is not working on master, but on stable, I'll label it as a regression.
