Verify DB validity on further local operators #816
Description
Currently DB operator page only lists NVV and Start as areas/operators with limited validity. However, domestic German discounts are unavailable on DB Regio Stuttgart GmbH (formerly SWEG Bahn Stuttgart) (except Netzcard, Jobticket, Firmenreise) and DB Regio AG Bayern (invalid on Nürnberg Hbf - Regensburg Hbf as this is operated for Agilis).
