This PR updates the documentation to reflect the (pending) changes on ScrollView.maintainVisibleContentPosition, which now works for Android and is not iOS specific anymore.

Related PR on the react-native repo: facebook/react-native#29466

I don't know what the process should be since this PR is related to another one on a different repository, so I'm creating this PR as a draft and I will open it once the PR gets merged on the react-native repository.
