Missing Startingpoint [pages] at cart_order #749

Current Behavior
In FE there is always "No orders found." in the cart_order element. Currently there is no possibility to set the "Startingpoint" ("Record Storage Page") in the cart_order CType (former "Plugin"). The constant "$plugin.tx_cart.settings.order.pid" has no effect. If you set the right Startingpoint (field "pages") in the tt_content db record, you get the orders from the fe_user.
Expected behavior/output
Showing orders in the FE.
Environment

Possible Solution
Insert "pages" in CType cart_order to set the Startingpoint.
