I think "ask any contributor" should be phrased as "expect all contributors".

Am gonna merge this one since we have an approval, and we can iterate on the content in subsequent PRs. There are a few gallery links broken but we can fix those in a follow-up PR. |

This PR takes content that is meant more for the team than for the external community, and migrates it over to the
team-compass/. It also re-works some of the pages here to be pointers elsewhere in the stack, rather than being the source of truth for that information (e.g. ourteam/page, or ourcontributing to the projectpage).
