Filter by percentage

In a large object finding what isn't 100% is a bit of a chore, would be good if filter accepted percentage as well not just names
Not sure what syntax i could be, though don't think something like a range %24-100 or a fixed %24 is something someone would need to filter as a name often

I like this feature, syntax could be easy: <=90%, =100.00%
