Improve repoMap context for huge projects

Currently repoMap is a simple git ls-files of the current workspace, for huge projects this is a problem as it can represent a huge context to LLM, example:

in this case repoMap had 1091 files, we should improve with some kind of heuristic to truncate that or reduce.

I just found about https://github.com/bonede/tree-sitter-ng which would be a great addition to functions available in codes, certainly a improvement to repoMap, but before that we need a way to truncate the repoMap to a certain limit
