[UD] Upgrade "Workspace Details/Overview" tab

Is your enhancement related to a problem? Please describe

I am always frustrated that it is not clear from the control panel side that the original DevWorkspace details name has been overwritten. And we can only see this if we open the OpenShift console link.

On the other hand, it would be nice to be able to change the existing workspace name from UD.

Describe the solution you'd like

1. Add the ability to overwrite the workspace name from the UD side.
2. Add an additional field with the value of the workspace metadata name if it has been overwritten.

@olexii4 @svor please, be careful with this functionality since renaming via adding label might end up with workspace restart. Maybe we should allow renaming only of the stopped CDEs?
