Integrate unit test (JUnit)

Is JUnit fine ? I don't really know any other for java, do you guys know any better solutions ?

I'm afraid I'm completely new to unit testing, so whatever you suggest is fine! JUnit seems to be something I can use with Eclipse, so maybe I can learn from it. Thanks!
