We could backport this change but this is just for assembling the testhost folder that we test against in dotnet/runtime.

Update pretest.proj such that it will use
RuntimeIdentifierGraphPathif available. It is set to the trimmed down RID graph by default starting with .NET 8 RC1 in the SDK.
