This small PR adds the service name to the message of the
TimeoutExceptionraised by methodWaitForStatus.This is very useful in the following scenario where a service depends on other services:
Stopon the service, which tries to stops all the dependent services firstTimeoutException, but the user does not know which service caused itRelated to issue #765.
