It's not correct, win_ChromeRevision should not be the same as linux_ChromeRevision, currently it's Win_x64/1000027 (https://storage.googleapis.com/chromium-browser-snapshots?prefix=Win_x64) and Linux_x64/023ca1a208be4349534e73032671f4ee8004e553 or Linux_x64/1262506 (https://storage.googleapis.com/chromium-browser-snapshots?prefix=Linux_x64). It will be fixed in another PR.

Edit:
Now I understand what's the problem. We are not bumping the versions each time they are released but we are doing it for stable versions only. The last stable version for Windows (https://storage.googleapis.com/chromium-browser-snapshots/Win_x64/1250580/.....) is not available on the server (there's 1250557 and then 1250586) . In this context, the query argument is preventing from getting information about snapshot availability - it always returns non-error, even when the snapshot is not there.
