pretty sure this is a terrible idea...
sometimes people cant use htaccess, or issue server side redirects... and they use:
<head>
<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0; url=http://www.mywebsite.com/" />
</head>
or they use javascript....
what if a documentLoader could follow these....
thinking about this mostly because github pages hosting does not allow you to create a redirection service, but does support this style of redirect for all paths.... include https://example.com/ns/foo/
