UFAL/Licene issue problem with required fields

With licenses it doesn't always load all ask shelves. I downloaded the log to the backend and there are some pretty big errors at the end. What I did:

• I opened the item with the ask always license
• I downloaded the bitstream
• I filled in the details
• I downloaded the bitstream
• I found the given item again via home
• I downloaded the bitstream
• This time it opened the form but without the required ask shelves (Name, country...)

@Paurikova2 is this issue still actual? I couldnt replicate your problem - after downloading the bitstream second time it opened the form with filled in details

@jr-rk I think there was another release, and during that one, this error didn’t occur. It might also be non-reproducible. i don't know.
