Allows users to delete their own registered workers. Returns 204 on success, 404 if not found or not owned by user. 3 tests: delete own, delete nonexistent, delete other user's (404 not 403). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
