• add the corresponding directories under cmake/projects/boost/
• add corresponding examples
• Setup some ci jobs in cmake/projects/boost/ci/matrix.json

I don't really know how to check if a Boost subproject 'needs to be compiled', I have always assumed the list here is accurate https://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_87_0/more/getting_started/windows.html#header-only-libraries

However that does not fully agree with the list in hunter_get_boost_libs.cmake. The following subprojects are in that list and don't seem (from the docs) to need building?

• coroutine
• coroutine2
• fiber
• json
• metaparse
• nowide
• stacktrace
• type_erasure
• url
